A 1941 graduate of Wilmington High School, Virginia worked for the Delaware Red Cross as an ambulance driver during WWII. After the war, she became a homemaker and lived a full life as a mother, grandmother and community volunteer.

Virginia had a passion for dancing and was a member of both the Circle Four Square Dance Club and the Delaware Diamond Dancers. She also loved to garden, read and travel. She was a

Virginia Mullin Boyer, 98, of Wilmington, DE passed away January 22, 2022. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21 at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home (3710 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19808) from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A second visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 22 from 10:15 am to 11:15 am at St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 2431 Frazer Road, Newark DE 19702, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 am. Interment at will follow at Delaware Veterans' Cemetery.
