Maynard A. Johnson, 58, Concord resident for 20 years, died Saturday at a Walnut Creek hospital. He was a native of Montana and a clamp lift operator. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Crowder, Texas; Mrs. Debra Parks, Virginia; mother, Mrs. Cora Johnson, Washington; brothers, Gilbert and John, Washington; sister, Mrs. Wilma Overturm, Washington; and two grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Oakmont Memorial Park Chapel with burial to follow. Bryant-Lough Galindo Street Chapel is directing local arrangements.
