Betty Dennis Jouett, age 80, of Monroe passed from this life on Thursday morning, January 20, 2022 from the Overton County Health & Rehab. She was born in Overton County on November 6, 1941 to the late John and Pearl Johnson Dennis.

Betty was a member of the Livingston Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, where she enjoyed attending when she was able. She loved gardening, being out with her grandkids and enjoyed visiting her sisters.

Betty leaves behind her son: Eric (Jennifer) Jouett of the Barnes Ridge Community; grandchildren: Regina (Mickey) Daniels of the Barnes Ridge Community, and Ericka (Craig) Foster of Cookeville; great-grandchildren: Tyler, Gavin, Jayden, Skyler, and Grayson; sisters: June Barlow and Jean (Leslie) Clark of Cadiz, Kentucky, Julie Maggart of Rock Island, Tennessee, and Patsy Post of Springfield, Missouri; a host of nieces, nephews, and special niece: Rhonda Williford.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband: Noel Jouett; sisters: Margaret Colson and Joyce Hayes; brothers: Johnny Dennis and Tommy Dennis.

Private Graveside Services were held on Sunday afternoon, January 23, 2022 from the Hatcher Hall Cemetery with Bro Tim Weiler officiating.
