Phyllis Ann Sutton-Hargreaves, 80, of Belpre, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was born November 10, 1941 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Harrison E. and Blondena Hartshorne Sutton.

Phyllis was retired as an administrative assistant from the Bureau of Fiscal Services with over 30 years of service. She was a member of the Blennerhassett Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and very active in genealogy research.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy W. Hargreaves; a daughter-in-law, Mary Anne Daggett of Vincent, Ohio; two grandsons, Lt. Col. Jacob S. Hina (Georgina) of the United Kingdom and Ian M. Hissam of Ohio; and two great-grandchildren, Jackson & Zoe Hina.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her son, Mark J. Daggett.

In honoring Phyllis's wishes, her body will be cremated and her cremains interred in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home & Crematory, 521 – 5th Street, Parkersburg, WV.
