Born in Vilno, Lithuania. Came to the US in 1909. Married first to Faustina Buczkeal(?), 4 living children: Constantine, Frank, Fay(Krusko), and Anne (Root) then to Victoria Strenk Wojcick, who died in 1992. -- an infant died (or stillbirth) in 1915.
I remember Christmas - his birthday was that day. We always - all the cousins, and family went there - the Polish food, the gifts and most important the oplatek - where we would break the wafer and give each other wishes for the New Year.
He suffered a stroke and for the last 5 years of his life he was paralyzed on the right side, and could not speak, but he fought a gallant battle, and had tremendous fortitude, and courage.
