Mrs. Dickey died Friday in Baptist Hospital of cancer.
Mrs. Dickey, a graduate of Hume Fogg High School, retired in 1976 as chief deputy clerk of the county clerk's office after 17 years as an employee.
She was the founder of the Sugartree Garden Club and a member of Woodmont Christian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Katie Sue Ford; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
