In 1712 Elisha Snow, with his brother Isaac, left Cape Cod and purchased land from Evan Jones in Delaware. The farm has been known variously as Snowland and Naudain's Landing. A family home still stands on the property (as of January, 2022) and it was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1973 as "Snowland." Elisha eventually acquired Isaac's share of the property and Elisha's descendants lived there for generations before it was eventually sold to non-family members. There is a long-untended family burial ground across the street from the house in a farmed field. The field remains but has been sub-divided and has had some modern homes built fronting the road. Elisha's great-granddaughter Rebecca Snow (1770-1813) inherited the property and married Andrew Naudain, which is why the property became known as Naudain's Landing and the burial ground as the Naudain Family Cemetery. It is not certain that Elisha Snow is buried there, but it would make sense if he were.

See Mayflower Families, Vol 6, 3rd Edition (2001), edited by John D. Austin, published by the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, p. 18 (where Elisha is identified as 58 viii) and pp. 66-67.
