Regina Katherine Hill (Jastremsky), 86, passed away on Tuesday December 21, 2021. A very loved and loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and entrepreneur. Regina was predeceased by her husband of 60 years; David J. Hill and survived by 6 beloved children and spouses. David (Chris) Hill, Chuck (Mary) Hill, Mike (Debbie) Hill, Elizabeth (Mark) Johnson, Valerie Miller and Colleen (Joe) Sellars and 15 Grandchildren; Chad, Grace, Dan (Kim), Cheryl (Jay), Christina, Christopher (Nancy), Matthew (Katelyn), Amanda, Eron, David, Ryan, Jessica, Harrison, Connor and Chelsea. In addition, 11 Great Grandchildren, also a sister, Josephine Lubenski.
Along with her parents, Catherine (Yurish) & Joseph Jastremsky, Regina also joins her siblings Joseph, John, Frank, Jennie, Irene, Mary, Dorothy and Jerry in God's hands.
Family was very important to her and she will be missed immensely. Regina had a wonderful sense of humor, sweet personality and was caring with everyone she knew. She loved music, dancing, baking, taking care of the grand babies and was very spiritual. Regina's vision, hard work and good business sense had propelled success in our family. She made everyone feel special and was loved by all. She left her IBM career to raise her family. Regina with her husband opened gas station, built and managed Hilltop Tavern, Dave's Body Shop and Glenmary Mobile Home Park before retiring.
Family and friends are invited for visitation at St. Patrick's Church, 302 Main St. Owego, NY 13827 on Wednesday January 12, 2022 beginning at 10:00 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at St Patrick's Cemetery. All are invited to gather thereafter at Owego's Parkview Inn & Dugan House to celebrate Regina's life.
