Marilyn Billie Read, 90, daughter of Everett Russell and Verna Mae (Barnett) Kinnaird, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, surrounded by family at her home after a lengthy battle with COPD.

Surviving are her daughters, Vanessa Kim Strickland, of Atlanta, Georgia, Lori Minner, of Lubbock, Texas, and Penny Blackerby (Loyd), of Lubbock, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; a niece in Pennsylvania; brother-in-law Paul Read; and a niece in Canyon, Texas.
