Mildred R. McMurtrie, 76, of Coleville, died at her residence Friday, June 8, 1990, at 11:15 a.m.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She was born in Coleville May 7, 1914, a daughter of the late Edward and Verna Bush Greene. She married Ralph "Zip" McMurtrie, who died in 1985.
She is survived by three daughters: Verna Ferre of State College; Shirley Nyman of Bellefonte; Susan Horton of Port Matilda; three sons: Philip of Houserville; Gilbert of Valley View; Leonard of Bellefonte; two sisters: Evelyn Lose of Bellefonte; Helen of Coleville; a brother: Kenneth Green of Coleville; 21 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Wetzler Funeral Home, Bellefonte, Monday at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. William E. Quillen officiating. Burial will be at Meyer Cemetery, Benner Township.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
