Janet Ann Prebys, 76, of Phoenix, AZ passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 at her son's home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 08, 1939 the daughter of Eldon and Anne (nee. Flitcroft) Jewson.
She was a long time member of the Silver Sneakers at her local YMCA in Phoenix. She enjoyed walking daily, working out, and socializing with her Silver Sneaker friends. Best known for her cooking and baking no one ever went hungry in her house. She adored her son and her grandsons and made every holiday, birthday or family get together a special one. Her smile was infectious and she was loved by everyone that knew her.
A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Saturday March 12, 2016 at Moss Family Funeral Home 209 S. Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL with a memorial service immediately following at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society 143 1st Street Batavia, Il. 60510, (630) 879-9009.
