New Iberia – Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 9, 2022, in Greene Funeral Home Chapel for Cleveland Joseph Breaux, Sr. (93) who passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022. Visitation is at 9:00 am until time of service.

Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in New Iberia.

Hector Pulles will be the Celebrant.

Mr. Breaux is survived by his children Jack and Lucia Breaux; two brothers, Paul J. Breaux, Sr. (Betty), and Felton J. Breaux, Sr. (Dot) of New Iberia; Eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.



Cleveland was born in New Iberia, Louisiana on May 1, 1928, to the late George and Rosie Breaux. He was also preceded in death by his wife the former Judy Cheramie Breaux; two daughters, Linda Breaux Harbison, and Wanda Breaux Romero; son, Cleveland J. Breaux, Jr; brothers: Wally J. Breaux, Vernice Breaux, Clifton J. Breaux; sisters: Loula Letulle Breaux, Anna Breaux Morel and Gloria A. Maturin.



Pallbearers will be Miguel Fage, Dwight Fage, Jacque Fage, Felton J. Breaux, Jr., Cleveland Breaux, III, Dominique Breaux, Brandon Hull, and Jack Breaux.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Greene Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA (337) 256-5152 are overseeing the arrangements.
