Albert Ruthhart, 87, of 111 Ruby St., died this morning at 5:30 o'clock at his home of a complication of diseases after an illness of two weeks. He was a member of St. Paul's Reformed church. The son of the late John George and Catherine Ruthhart, of this city, he was associated with the F. L. Krauskop Cigar Box Manufacturing Co. for 30 years and until his retirement ten years ago was associated with the Charles F. Adams Candy Company. Surviving him are the following children: George C., of Twin Falls, Idaho; Miss Ella K. Ruthhart, at home; Harry A., of this city; William E., of Chicago, Ill.; Clara A., of Camden, NJ; Walter C., of Bethlehem; and Esther M., wife of William Hoefel, of this city. Ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother, George, of Roseville, Pa., also survive. (Lancaster New Era - Sep 4, 1942)
