Lulla was born September 17, 1945 in Smithfield, WV, daughter of the late Clyde Henry and Iva M. (Shreves) Quinn.
She was a homemaker, member of the Moose Lodge in Ohio, former member of the VFW and American Legion in Clarksburg, likes to sing and go to church and a member of Church of God in Paden City, but will always be a Pentecostal at Heart).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, William Price and John Hern; six siblings, Albert Quinn, Lawrence Quinn, Judith Vincent, Wanda Hunter, Kenny Quinn and Melissie Miller and three grandchildren, Cheyanne Price, Aaron Price and "Little" William Price.
Surviving are five sons, four daughters, three brothers, sister, eighteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received at the Williams Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV with burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
