Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of Reverend Robert E. Kelley and Tamara Simmons Kelley of Pickens. Brook was a senior at Pickens High School, where she was a member of the Student Council and was a member of Cateechee Church of God.
Surviving in addition to her parents are a brother, Justin Kelley of Pickens; grandparents, Luther Edward Kelley, Geneva Kelley and Marilyn Simmons, all of Pickens.
She was predeceased by a grandfather, William Roy Simmons.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2007, in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home with the Reverend Evelyn Galloway officiating. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens Mausoleum.
