Mrs. Sarah Jane Sammet, 93, of Route 1, Athens, died Sunday at a local nursing home.
The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Home in Ardmore with Bobby Ray Hudson and Douglas Eubanks officiating. Burial will be in Germantown Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, William Sammet and Lewis Sammet, both of Athens; two daughters, Katherine Morrell of Arkansas and Carolyn Bryant of Pulaski, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
