Donald W. Howard, 89, of Towson, MD, departed this life on December 25, 2021.
Born on October 27, 1932, he was the son of the late Willard A. Howard and Helen B. Howard. He was the beloved husband of the late Ruth E. Howard.

Surviving him is a son: D. Gregory Howard and wife Kathi M. Howard, his grandson: Carl A. "Chip" Howard and wife Mara L. Howard, his great-grandson: Samuel O.G. Howard, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was predeceased by his daughter: Kristen E. Barnett, and sister: Beverly H. Gill.

Mr. Howard was a graduate of Towson High School and served his country proudly in the United States Air Force in Korea.
He was an avid golfer, gardener and wood carver and was devoted to his family and his church. He also enjoyed model railroading and shared this passion with his great grandson.

A private burial will be held at Saters Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 1010 Saters Lane, Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093 or the charity of your choice.
