Edward move to Antwerp, MI. and lived with his daughter Laura Ward and son-inlaw David M Ward. Elizabeth remarried to (unknown) Geddis and lived in Pittsburg, PA. for a while.
Elizabeth, William and Carrie in about 1878 moved to Greenfield Twp. Rooks Co. KS where she filed for a homestead in Greenfield Twp.
After William's mother died in 1887, he moved to Chanute, KS. where he met and married a widow, Carlena Johnson, with 3 daughters, Lillian, Victoria and Mae M. Johnson. William worked for the M. K. & T. Railroad as a machinist in the shop. Their daughter, Ella was born there. They then moved to Parsons into a beautiful new 2 story home on a tree lined street. It was still a beautiful house in 2008 when I saw it.
Their daughter Lenore was born here. Ella and Lenore visited their Aunt Carrie Belle Crain Brown, in Woodston, KS, when ever possible.
