Born October 23, 1974 in Burlington, he was the son of Richard Harrison Caldwell Sr. and Kathy Rinae Cluney.
Chad was a graduate of Burlington High School. He previously worked for I.A.A.P. and in production for Case I.H.
Chad enjoyed playing billiards, participating in dart leagues and bowling, which he had done since the age of two, and had won many awards at Roosevelt Lanes. His dog, Looky Lou,was his faithful and constant companion. Chad had a great sense of humor, an infectious smile and laughter. He will be missed by everyone.
He is survived by one brother Quinton Smothers of Burlington; half brother Richard H. Caldwell Jr. and maternal grandmother Carol M. Cluney of Burlington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.
There will be no formal funeral services at this time. According to his wishes cremation has been accorded.
