LEOPOLD, Betty M. 72, formerly of Lebanon, Ohio, died on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana. She was born on February 19, 1938 in Covington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Boyd and Evelyn (Hood) Jordan. Betty was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Ervin A. Leopold; six daughters, Sherry Egan and Elizabeth Smith both of Lebanon, Ohio, Tina Fitzgerald and Regina Leopold both of Scottsburg, Indiana, Trina Logsdon of Bonnieville, Kentucky and Tammy Leopold of Covington, Kentucky; two sons, James Eversole of Florence, Kentucky and Dean Leopold of Lebanon, Ohio; two brothers, Jack Jordan of Michigan and Norman Jordan of Hamilton, Ohio; two sisters, Anita Palmer of Michigan and Stella Egan of Kentucky; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert & Eugene Jordan and a sister: Mary Goforth. Cremation was chosen and services will be Private. Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana was in charge of the arrangements.
