Born Sept. 26, 1917, in Gretna, Kan., she was the daughter of Walter and Anna (Hoppe) Addie.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include nine children, Wayne Kirby of San Diego, Calif., Connie Lewis of Boston, Mass., Marlin Roy Kirby of High Springs, Fla., William L. Kirby, James Von Kirby, Carolyn Sumner and Jack Boyd Kirby, all of Bloomington, Dawn Ellen Wright of Mooresville and Lynn Veasey of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; one brother, Andy Addie of Spencer; 25 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Edward Kirby; one daughter, Bonnie Jo Kirby; one grandson, Brian Kirby; one son-in-law, James Sumner; and two brothers, Dee Addie and Lee Addie.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel, with Milliard Jones officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
