Peggy Ann Winesburg, 73, of Springdale, Arkansas, died Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. The daughter of Clive and Maggie (Selvey) Wade, she was born October 30, 1948, in Russellville. She married Charles E. Winesburg, Jr., on December 30, 1967, in Russellville.
Peggy was a homemaker and member of the Springdale First Assembly of God Church. She was most proud of her grandchildren and loved them very much. Her passion was music and she loved playing piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her step father, Darrell Selvey.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Charles; two sons, Richard Winesburg (Heather) of Joplin, Missouri, and Todd Winesburg (Lori) of Siloam Springs; four grandchildren, Griffin Winesburg & Samuel Winesburg both of Joplin, and Morgan Winesburg & Carter Winesburg both of Siloam Springs; a brother-in-law, Gary Winesburg; a sister-in-law, Mary Pafford; a nephew, Brandon Winesburg; a niece, Stephanie Boulter; and close friends, Kay & Walt Krisnowich.
Graveside burial services will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, December 20, 2021, at Bells Chapel Cemetery in Atkins under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Rev. Sam Austin will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
