Michael Blankenbiller, 57, of Manor Township, was killed Sunday evening on Harrisburg Pike in Manheim Township when the bike he was riding was struck by an automobile.
He was the companion of Mary Majkowicz, with whom he resided.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Samuel and Marian (Eamer) Blankenbiller.
He was employed as a kitchen helper and dishwasher by the Olive Garden Restaurant, Lancaster for 15 years, last working on Sunday.
He is survived by a daughter, Mary of Lancaster; four brothers, Lloyd "Butch" of Maryland; Bruce, Ricky, and Paul all of Berks County. Also two sisters; Darlene and Sharon both of Berks County.
Funeral Services will be held in Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main Street, Oley, PA, on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Friends may view on Friday from 10:00-11:00 am. Contributions can be made to the Community Services Group, 320 Highland Drive, Mountville, PA 17554.
