"Rosella lost her courageous battle with complications from Alzheimer's on May 21, 2006. She was born in Hollis, Okla., June 21, 1920, to George L. and Rosa Lee Zachary. Rosella married her high school sweetheart, John Albert Bellew Sr., on June 17, 1939. They had four children, Brenda S. Kremsreiter, John A. Bellew Jr., Cynthia R. Carrillo and Kevin P. Bellew. After Albert's death in 1971, Rosella married a lifelong friend, Leonard M. Dick in 1975. She was preceded in death by both husbands; her parents; two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her children; her sister, Ramona Jean King and brother Jack Zachary; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren (two more soon); and three great-great-grandchildren (one more on the way); many nieces and nephews and a large extended family. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at the D.W. Newcomer's White Chapel, 6600 N. Antioch Rd., Gladstone, Mo., (816) 452-8419. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
