Dale D. Baumbach, age 68, of Concordia, entered into rest on Friday, December 17, 2021, at the University of Missouri Hospital, Columbia, Missouri. He was born in Superior, Nebraska, on November 16, 1953 to Delos and Elsie (Roberts) Baumbach.
Dale graduated from Superior High School, Superior, Nebraska.
Dale owned and operated Dale's Pump and Repair business since 1996.
Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and most of all spending time with his beloved granddaughter, Kolson, his family and friends.
Dale is survived by his son Lucas Baumbach (Ashley), and their daughter, Kolson, of Little River, KS; daughter, Bonnie Baumbach, Seneca, KS; brother, George Baumbach, Kalispell, MT; Harold Baumbach, Horseshoe Bay, TX; Donald and Terry Baumbach, Superior, NE; sisters, Shirley Lackie, Buchanan Bay, TX; Sheila Moore, Superior, NE; sister, Una Dean Hartman (Leroy), Red Cloud, NE; several nieces and nephews.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Delos and Elsie, sister, Marsha Standard, brother, Larry Linton.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, Kansas with Pastor Bob Burns officiating. Burial of the Cremains will follow in the Saron Lutheran Cemetery, rural Concordia.
A visitation will be held at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, KS from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Kolson Baumbach Education Fund Dale's beloved granddaughter in care of Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, PO Box 606, Concordia, KS 66901.
