Thomas Andrew Callison was born March 18, 1883 in Llano, Texas to John Gillespie Callison 1840-1891 and Elsie Scott 1853-1900. Tom was the youngest of 6 children.
In 1900, Tom was working in a printing office in Dallas, TX. On 1901 he was working as a pressman with James Wilkinson Co.
On May 4, 1914, Tom married Alice Hanora Foley 1892-1961; they had two children, Elsie Marie Callison Marquess 1915-2013 and Thomas Andrew Callison Jr 1916-1995.
By 1918 Tom and Alice lived in Edmonton, AB and he worked for Foley Bros Railroad Construction, then he owned Williamson and Callison Construction doing dirt work for roads and railroad. Tom had a homestead in Morristown, South Dakota but then was living in Alamosa, CO when he died of tuberculosis on Dec 3, 1919 at age 36 and was buried in Alamosa. His wife Alice went to live near her sister Frances Williamson in Vancouver where she died Oct 27, 1961.
