Walter Wayne Daffin Jr., 46, died Monday in Ogden, Utah. He was born November 6, 1947 in San Diego, California, the son of Walter Wayne and Anna Louise DeGroot Daffin Sr. He was a cable repair facilities technician for US West Communications and served in the Utah National Guard. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Robin Price, Ogden; his parents, Walter and Anna Daffin Sr., Hamilton; two brothers, Richard and James Daffin, both of Hamilton; and many nieces and one sister Raine Marie Barber, Washington; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am Saturday at the Meyers Mortuary, Ogden, Utah. His cremains will be scattered in the Montana mountains.
