James "Jim" Rohling, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday at his residence.
He was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg and was retired from Murray Ohio with 43 years of service.
Mr. Rohling served his country in the TN Army National Guard. After retirement he continued to use his strong work ethic, many skills, and his religious faith to volunteer countless hours at Sacred Heart Church and School, God's Storehouse, Meals on Wheels, and to help anyone else that God put in his path. He attended every ballgame and event that his family participated in. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Jim was preceded in death by his daughter, Mona Rohling; parents, James Rohling, Sr. and Mary Kerstiens Rohling; and brother, Joseph Rohling.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Friday, December 17, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home, with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM. Funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 18, 2021. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
