Mrs. Knight, Burnt Hills, Dead at 82
Burnt Hills – Mrs. Minnie Knight, 82, of Goode street died Wednesday at the Union nursing home in Schenectady. The widow of Clarence Knight, she was born in Clifton Park Nov. 26, 1879 and lived at Burnt Hills since 1907. She was an active member of the Burnt Hills Methodist Church. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Leslie Secor of Ballston Lake and Mrs. Lorence Cunningham of Burnt Hills; one son Alton H. Knight of Ballston Spa, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Townley-Wheeler funeral home at Ballston Lake. Rev. Harry White of Scotia, retired former pastor of the Burnt Hills Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in the East Line Union Cemetery.
