MANNSVILLE -- Services for Ben Lee Hartgraves, 58, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken McCarthick officiating. Interment will be at Lone Cedar Cemetery.
Hartgraves died June 23, 1997, in the Ardmore hospital. He was born in 1938 in Hamilton Texas, to Fred and Zena Hartgraves.
He was formerly employed in construction by the State of Oklahoma and was a member of First Baptist Church. He and the former Coleen Barnes were married Jan. 3, 1985.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Fred A., Garland, Texas; two daughters, Brenda Hartgraves, Noble, and Lana Corbin, Connerville; his mother, Zena Hartgraves, Hamilton, Texas; two stepsons, Velin Barnes, Mannsville, and Darrell Barnes, Lone Grove; a sister, Linda Lawson, Jonesboro, Texas; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Jerry.
Bearers will be Richard Parkhill, Bill Dorer, June St. Clair, Rick Johnson, Clarence Warren and Fred Hartgraves. Friends are honorary bearers.
Corbin Funeral Home will direct services.
