Margaret Louise Hardcastle, 91, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on December 9, 2021. She was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas to Cleve and Vivian Nichols on March 8, 1930.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty years, Murrell Hardcastle; first husband and father of her children, J.C. Hardcastle; son, Larry Michael Hardcastle; son-in-law, Rick Burton; daughter-in-law, Mary Hardcastle; step-daughter, Connie Hardcastle; and granddaughter, Sarah Hillman.
Margaret is survived by her son, J.C. (Sherry) Hardcastle; daughter, Sherry Burton; step-daughter, Vicky Ederington; daughter-in-law, Mari Hardcastle; grandchildren, Corey Michael Hardcastle, Lauren (Creighton) Parker, and Joseph Ederington; great-grandchildren, Paxton, Erik, Brannon and Leighton; and sister, Avis Mitchell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
After graduating from Arthur's Beauty School, she owned and operated Margaret's Beauty Den before retiring. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Jacksonville and taught Sunday School for over forty years.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. The Funeral will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville.
