Donald "Don" Eugene Golden, age 86, of Mechanicsburg, and formerly of York Springs and Newport News, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021. Don was born on Tuesday, June 4, 1935 in Gardners to the late Ralph Lloyd Golden and Grace Catherine (Trostle) Golden. In addition to his parents, Don is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Lee Golden and his brother-in-law, Lyle Gunderson.

Don's survivors include his two sisters: Janet "Jan" Gunderson of San Antonio, TX; Shirely Sturgeon and husband, Ronald, of San Antonio, TX; a sister-in-law, Sherriel Arlene (McCoy) Golden of Mechanicsburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Don's family will be remembering his life privately. Cremation was private.
