Red Albert., 94 of Naples, FL passed away peacefully on what would have been the 68th wedding anniversary to his late wife, on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at The Carlisle of Naples. Formerly of Cleveland, OH he began wintering in Naples in 1980 before making it his permanent home in 1995. Red was born November 3, 1927 in Sandusky, OH, the son of the late Adelbert J. and Norma J. (Neidler) Albert, Sr.

Red was a veteran, who proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Red was the owner of Artic Refrigeration, a refrigeration repair business that he operated for over 45 years. He was a Cleveland sports fan who also loved grilling, especially ribs and chicken wings while enjoying a cold beer. Mr. Albert was an avid golfer and member at Pine Ridge Golf and Country Club and Arrowhead Golf Club.

Survivors include his children, John (Cindy) Albert of Cleveland, OH, Joe (Lisa) Albert of Orlando, FL, Jim (Julianne) Albert of Naples, FL, Jackie (Joe Healey) Albert of San Francisco, CA, Jeff (Allison) Albert of Cleveland, OH and Jane (Luke) Germek of Birmingham, AL; sister, Marilyn (Bill) Schirmer of Ashland, OH; brother in law, Peter (Pam) Kepic of Bloomfield Village, MI:19 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jennie Lee Albert; and brothers, Bill and Beau.

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Palm Royale Cemetery, 6780 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, FL 34119.
