ROGERS -- Tommie P. Jouett, 84, of Rogers died Dec. 14, 2007. He was born June 15, 1923, in Holline, N.M., to Will Harvey and Fay Pritchard Jouett. He was raised and educated in Turkey, Texas.

He was an Army veteran of World War II. He married Martha Ann Bowerman on Sept. 26, 1943. He worked as a produce manager in the retail grocery industry. He enjoyed bowling and fishing. He was a member of the New Life Family Worship Center in Rogers.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha.

Survivors include one son, Tommy Joe Jouett and wife Karen of Rogers; two daughters, Ginger Jouett and Glenda Kay Norman and her husband Bill, all of Rogers; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at the New Day Family Worship Center in Rogers. Burial will follow in the Rogers City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the New Day Family Worship Center Building Fund or St. Mary's Hospital Foundation.
