Funeral services were held Friday, Sepember 8, 1978 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hufnagel Funeral Home for Julian G. Vandeventer, 68, of Versailles. Rev. Tom Ross officiated and Mrs. Gordon Tarrant was organist. Casketbearers were Burton Thompson, George Huseman, Herschel Frost, Lyle Baker, John Wilson and Leo Montgomery. Burial was in the Versailles Cemetery.
