She left Aiken to attend Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and then married Kenneth Myatt on 3/14/53. During their 65 years of marriage, Charlotte devoted her life to her husband and family. She was a proud Navy wife. She also helped Ken by providing accounting services for Kenneth's business venture Consultec, Inc. Charlotte was an avid member of bridge club and garden club and thoroughly enjoyed those lifelong friendships. Charlotte was a devoted needleworker and many of her creations won awards. She was also co-owner of the Tara Collection needlework shop in Atlanta. Charlotte loved the beach and made yearly family trips to Myrtle Beach. Aiken and Myrtle Beach, SC were two of her favorite places!
After a private service for the family this week she will then be laid to rest at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga alongside her husband Kenneth on Friday, November 26
