Michael Wayne Beene of Cyril, Oklahoma gained his wings on November 9th, 2021, at the age of 60, after his battle with brain cancer.
Graveside services are pending at Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Mike was born to the late Ethel Virginia (Thomas) Beene Allen and the late Hubert Floyd Beene on August 7th, 1961 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He attended school at Verden Schools, graduating from Verden High School in 1979.
He married his high school sweetheart Cindy faye (Tallent) Beene May 18,1979, at the First Baptist Church in Verden, Oklahoma. They resided in Caddo County for the last 42 years. This marriage brought forth one son, the late Jeremy Michael Beene, two grandsons Ashton Garrett Beene of Oklahoma City, and the late Ayden Raye Beene. Mike and Cindy spent many days together playing softball, dart leagues, bowling leagues and pool tournaments. He enjoyed every aspect of life with Cindy by his side.
During his life Mike worked in the oilfield, was a heavy equipment operator and a pumper. He mowed and cared for many lawns in the community for several years. He loved helping others and being able to share his love of life with everyone he met.
He is survived in death by his wife Cindy Faye (Tallent) Beene of Cyril, grandson Ashton Garrett Beene of Cyril, Brothers Lewis Hubert Beene and Ronnie Gene Beene, sisters Twana Sue (Beene) Waller and Sheila (Beene) Baker.
Father in Law Howard L. Tallent of Anadarko, brother in law David L. Tallent and wife Kay of Verden, sister in law Susan L. Tallent-Hopkins of Anadarko and husband Ray.
Mike was blessed with many nieces and nephews Derick, April, Kristi, Silver, Mysti, Sherry, Kristy, Tammi, Traci, Calvin, Rhonna, Kevin, and great nieces and nephews, Damon, Lesly, Taylor, Ashland, Amorie, Bryleigh and Cenlee. Whom he loved with all his heart.
He has amazing extended family and friends including Daylon Hernandez and Mary Bowman. They were not "friends" they were family to all!
Mike was preceded in death by his parents Hubert Floyd and Virginia, by his son Jeremy Beene and grandson Ayden Beene. Brother Bobby Beene.
Mike had such a positive energy and outlook on life even in the darkest of days.
