Survivors, daughter, Lisa Benton, Sons & daughters-in-law, Charlie & Kim Hicks, Nolan & Cheri Hicks, Gary Hicks, 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, Several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by grandson, James Hicks, parents, James & Ethel Sneed Brooks, sisters & brothers.

Funeral 8 P.M. Tuesday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Chris Moore & Dr. Lon Shoopman officiating. Interment 11 A.M. Wednesday, Hopewell Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
