Born in St. Louis, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Clara (Kochmann) Krepel.
She married Grover C. Doerr on September 7, 1916 in East St. Louis, Illinois. He died from influenza complications in April 1919. Their son, Grover Jerome Doerr, died in April 1922.
Survived by two sisters, Flora Lucker of Alton, Illinois and Mayme Kratschmer of Rosewood Heights, Illinois.
Funeral Mass celebrated at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul Habing as celebrant. Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Godfrey, Illinois.
