Mary E. Krus, 91, of Hamburg Township, died March 8 at McPherson Hospital, Howell.
She was born on April 16, 1906, in Detroit, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Doyle) Baker. She married Victor Krus on Feb. 19, 1927. Mr. Krus preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 1997.
Mrs. Krus graduated from Brighton High School in 1983; was an operator with the Michigan Bell Telephone Co.; and was the owner of the Krus Inn Fine Foods in St. Clair Shores. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Hamburg, and a charter member of the Hamburg Senior Citizens Center.
Survivors include three daughters, Ellen Kraft of Rochester Hills, Faith Kukuk and Sandra Kubik, both of Brighton; one son, Theodore Krus of Florida; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother James Baker.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. March 11 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Alan Stadelman officiating. Burial will be in Cadillac Memorial Gardens-East.
