Mrs. Mary Conners Drew was 23 years of age. She was attending the State university at Norman with her husband. She was taken down at 5 o'clock Monday morning with paralysis and died at 1:40 o'clock in the afternoon, and brought to Fort Gibson Wednesday when her funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church. The remains were interred in the Citizens cemetery. She had lived here until six years ago, when she went to Tahlequah, where she graduated from the normal in 1917, and had since made her home at Porter with her husband, Mr. Roy Conner, whom she married at Tahlequah, in 1915. She expected to continue her studies with her husband at the State university, but death intervening. The following relatives were present: H. Roy B. Conner, Norman, Okla.; Mrs. J.L. Baugh, Choteau, Okla.; Mrs. W.D. Breuninger, Goto; Mr. and Mrs. C.T. Cutler, Monettee, Mo.; Mr. and Mrs. John T. Drew, Eldorado, Kansas; J.T. Conner, Niangua, Mo.; J.C. Conner, Keota, Okla.; Misses Margaret and Elizabeth Drew, Tahlequah. Many friends from Muskogee, Tahlequah and Porter. Many beautiful flowers adorned the church.
