Panguitch Child Dies of Burns. Billy Joe Davis, 3 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ira Davis of Panguitch died Sunday while being brought to Richfield for treatment for bums he received Sunday when a wagon in which he was playing caught fire the wagon was inside an annex in the rear of Mr. Davis bakery. The boy apparently gathered some sticks in the yard and built a fire inside the wagon. As the flames mounted he became frightened and crawled under a cot in the wagon box the blaze was not discovered until the wagon was a mass of flames and the building began to burn. Mr. Davis found his son and carried him from the building but he died en route to the hospital at Richfield. The Panguitch fire department finally subdued the flames which threatened the business district. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Panguitch north ward chapel and interment was in the Panguitch cemetery.
