Mr. Batista was currently the co-owner of Batista Brothers General Contractors with his brother. He was an extremely hard worker and someone who truly loved his work. He enjoyed tending to his garden and taking care of his chickens but his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.
Survivors include his two loving sons, Victor Batista and his wife Vanice and Nelson Batista and his wife Clea, five brothers, Valentim Baptista, Eduardo Batista, Antonio Batista, Adriano Batista, Manuel Joaquim Batista and a sister, Ana Maria Batista as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to meet directly in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1056 Daniels Farm Rd., Trumbull on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. for graveside committal service. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are in care of the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
