He was present on muster rolls through February 1863. He reenlisted May 1863 at Ricoes Bluff and was sick in quarters July to August muster roll. He was present on muster rolls September to October 1863. He was present on muster rolls through December 1863. Simeon was transferred to the navy on May 2nd 1864.
