Patsy June Brown Blevins, age 79 of Lansing, died Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Ashe Memorial Hospital.

Patsy was born in Ashe County, North Carolina on September 30, 1941, to the late Thomas and Elena Hawkins Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Blevins, and all of her brothers and sisters, Victoria Paisley, Thomas Brown, Jr., Paralea Toliver, Bonnie Frye, Texas Melton, Bob Brown, Dean Brown, Bill Brown and Shelby Testerman.

Mrs. Blevins is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jimmy Eldreth. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Blevins will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
