Passed away suddenly following a Motocross accident. He was 64 years old. He was known too all his family, friends & colleagues as Lee. He is the beloved father of Richard Lee "Ricky" Barrett, Jr.; Dylan James Barrett, & his dog Bodie; brother, Terry Scott (Kelly) Barrett; son of Reba & the late Hiram Lee Barrett. He is also survived by a nephew, Jacob; & nieces Hannah & Taylor.
Lee was the senior partner with the law firm of Barrett, Chapman & Ruta, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. He served on many business associations, and was extremely active in the community throughout the years. Lee, along with his two sons raced Motocross. In 1999, Lee and his brother Terry raced the Baja 1000 desert race in Mexico and finished fourth in the Sportsman Class. He was an avid fisherman, scuba diver, coached high school wrestling, loved his gardens (especially orchids), and traveling with his sons.
