I, Frances Atherton Faulcon, now make and declare this to be my only and last will; as follows; I give to my two daughters all my real and personal property the surviving one of them to inherit the whole and at the death of the surviving one I give the whole to be equally divided between my nieces Dolly Alston Allen, Josephine Alston, daughters of my brother, Thos. C. Alston, and my nephew Robert M. Alston, son of John C. Alston. I name and appoint my brother Thos. M. C. Alston Executor to this my will. Signed by me in the presence of the witnesses.
