A housewife much of her life, Mrs. Bartlett was born in Oregon and moved to the area in 1887. She came to Spokane 66 years ago.
A member of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, she was a charter member of Navy Mothers and the Iris Society.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Hazel) Natwick and Mrs. Geraldine Carlson, both Spokane, and Mrs. Bernadine Burlingham, Libby, Montana; one son, retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Bernard W. Bartlett, Chula Vista, California; two brothers, Elmer Barclay, Spokane, and John Barclay, Gold Beach, Oregon; one sister, Mrs. Joe (Della) Pelton, Laguna Hills, California; three grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
