Anna Spohn. Funeral services were held Tuesday for Anna L. Spohn, 86, of 203 Van Buren Street, Ohio, who died suddenly Saturday morning at Perry Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 28, 1894 in East Grove Township, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Clark Duffy. She was married to Peter J. Spohn on Nov. 25, 1915 in Maytown. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, the Ohio Council of Catholic Women and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Ohio.

Surviving are two sons, Joseph of Chicago and Lous of Diamond Springs, Calif.,; two daughters, Mrs. James (Catherine ) Evans of Ohio, and Mrs. John (Helen) McIlwee of Wilmette; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, three sisters, and three brothers.

Prayer Services were held at the Allen-Garland Funeral Home, Walnut, followed by Mass of the Resurrection at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ohio, with the Rev. William Harberdt officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ohio. A memorial has been established in her memory.
