Thibodaux, La. Feb. 10. - The remains of Miss Kate Carrington, who died in New Orleans, were brought to Thibodaux yesterday by the Southern Pacific Railroad and after religious services by Rev. James Philson, in the St. John's Episcopal church, were laid away to rest in the adjacent cemetery. Deceased was a grand-daughter of the late Mrs. T. Lousdale Cox, for many years a resident on bayou Lafourche, near Labadieville."
